Actual exam question for VMware's 5V0-62.22 exam
Question #: 13
Topic #: 5
[All 5V0-62.22 Questions]

An VMware Workspace ONE administrator is using device-based commands to manage Android mobile devices, but the devices stopped receiving the UEM Commands from the Workspace ONE UEM Console (e.g. "Lock Device")

Why is this problem occurring?

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: C

An organization administrator changed the assignment of the application to the customer OG (organization group). The assignment of an application determines which devices can see and install the application from the Workspace ONE Catalog. If an organization administrator changed the assignment of an application from a lower OG (such as customer) to a higher OG (such as global), it may affect the visibility and availability of the application for some devices in lower OGs. The administrator should check and restore the assignment of the application to the customer OG if needed.

I bet the admin is wishing they had a magic 'fix all' button right about now. But based on the info provided, I'd say option A is the way to go.

Ah, the joys of managing complex enterprise systems! I wonder if the admin tried turning it off and on again. Just kidding, but seriously, option B seems the most likely culprit here.

Hmm, this is a tricky one. But I'm inclined to think that the ACC has stopped communicating with the AWCM, so I'll go with option D.

Looks like the issue is with the communication between the different components of the Workspace ONE ecosystem. I'm going to go with option C since the UEM Console seems to have lost connection with the AWCM.

I think it could also be option D, where ACC stopped communicating with AWCM.

I agree with Vi, the ACC might have stopped communicating with UAG.
