As a marketing nerd, I have to go with A. Gotta love that Journey Builder power! Though I do wonder if the new customers will be as excited about the welcome messages as I am.

D seems a bit too simple, don't you think? I'd want to use Journey Builder for the decisioning to make sure everything is optimized.

Hmm, I'm not sure I trust Automation Studio to handle the campaign sends. I think C is the way to go - let Email Studio take care of that part.

I agree with you, Automation Studio might not be the best choice for campaign sends. Email Studio seems more reliable.

B sounds like a good compromise - let Automation Studio do the dirty work and then Journey Builder can take over for the fun stuff.

I'm with you, Irma. This isn't life or death, it's just a certification exam question. That being said, I do think option A is the way to go. Journey Builder seems like the best fit for managing the customer journey and coordinating the campaign sends, and it's got plenty of data processing and segmentation capabilities as well.

Haha, I love how we're all debating this like it's the most important decision of our lives. At the end of the day, I think any of these options could work, as long as we understand the requirements and the capabilities of the different tools. I'm going to go with option A, but I'm open to being convinced otherwise.

Hmm, I'm not sure I agree with you, Stephaine. I think Journey Builder can handle the data processing and segmentation just fine, and it will make it easier to coordinate the campaign sends and decisioning. I'd be wary of overcomplexing the solution by splitting it between Automation Studio and Journey Builder.

I'm not so sure about option A. While Journey Builder is great for managing the customer journey, I think Automation Studio might be a better fit for the data processing and segmentation piece, since it sounds like we're dealing with a batch file drop. Maybe a combination of the two, like option B, could be the way to go?

I agree, this is a tough one. I'm also leaning towards option A, as Journey Builder seems well-suited for managing the customer journey and coordinating the campaign sends. However, I'm curious to hear if anyone thinks Automation Studio might be a better fit, especially for the processing and segmentation of the customer data.

I think this is a tricky question. We need to really understand the requirements to determine the best solution. Sending a series of welcome messages on an optimized schedule sounds like a good use case for Journey Builder, but Automation Studio could also work. I'm leaning towards option A, but I'd like to hear what the others think.
