Adjusting profiles daily? Sounds like a recipe for disaster. I hope CK has a really organized admin team, otherwise, they're going to have a hard time keeping track of all those changes.

Delegated Administration? Are they serious? That's just asking for trouble. The admin should have full control over user access, not leave it up to the backup team.

I see both points, but I think option C could work too. Adjusting profiles daily based on department needs could be effective.

Option B seems the most sensible approach. Creating permission sets for each department will give the backup team the flexibility to switch between roles without having to update their profiles daily.

I disagree, I believe option B is more efficient. Assigning permission sets to each department ensures proper access.
