The Partial and Developer sandboxes seem like the logical choice here. Although, I hear the Developer Pro sandbox comes with a complimentary stress ball, so that might be the way to go.
Wow, 160MB of test data? That's a lot for a training sandbox! I'd definitely go with the Full sandbox to make sure everything fits. Who needs to actually develop anything when you can just refresh the whole thing, right?
I'm not sure the Developer Pro sandbox is necessary for this situation. It might be overkill for a simple training sandbox. I'd go with the Partial and Developer sandboxes.
I think the Partial and Developer sandboxes would be the best choice here. The Partial sandbox can handle the 160MB of test data, and the Developer sandbox is a good option for a training environment.
