You are the program manager for your organization. Your current program is to create a new recreational facility in your city. Franklin, the Chief Executive Officer, is concerned about meeting all of the financial and schedule requirements of the proposed program. Martina, the mayor of your town, wants to make certain the program meets all safety requirements and building codes. Your supervisor, Mary Ann, is the Program Director, and she is concerned about the start date of your program. Okay, let's think this through. The CEO and mayor are important stakeholders, but they're not directly managing the program. As the program manager, I'd report to the Program Director, Mary Ann. D) is the correct answer, in my opinion.

I agree, Mary Ann is the Program Director so she would be the one I report to.

Haha, this reminds me of that time I was on a project and had to report to the CEO, the project sponsor, the resource manager, and the team lead. Talk about a bureaucratic nightmare! Anyway, I'd say D) Mary Ann is the way to go here.

Hmm, this seems like a classic case of conflicting priorities. I can see the CEO and mayor wanting to be kept in the loop, but ultimately, the program manager should report to the Program Director, Mary Ann. D) is the answer.

Well, this is a tricky one. The program manager typically reports to the Program Director, which in this case is Mary Ann. But the CEO and mayor are also major stakeholders, so I guess it depends on the specific reporting structure. I'll go with D) Mary Ann.
