Hmm, I think I'll just flip a coin. Workarounds, problems, resolutions - it's all the same to me. As long as I pass this exam, that's all that matters!

I'm just going to document a workaround for this exam question. That way, I'll always be ready, even if the problem hasn't been resolved yet. Problem management, schmoblem management!

A is the way to go. As soon as the problem is logged, you can start documenting a workaround. Who needs to wait for the rest of the process?

I'm going with B. Prioritizing the problem is the key step before you can start working on a workaround. Gotta make sure it's a high enough priority first.

But wouldn't it be more efficient to document the workaround after the problem has been resolved?

D is the correct answer. You need to resolve the problem first before you can document the workaround. Anything else would be like trying to fix a problem before you know what's causing it.

I agree with Stephen. It makes sense to document the workaround after understanding the problem.

I think the answer is C. You can't document a workaround until you've analyzed the problem and figured out how to fix it. Anything else would be putting the cart before the horse.

I think the workaround can be documented after the problem has been analyzed.
