There are several union actions that are considered unfair labor practices. One such practice is that unions may require employers to pay for services that are not rendered. Suggested Answer: D

Answer option D is correct.

Generally, injuries are not work-related if the employee is engaged in a voluntary wellness activity (C), eating food prepared for personal consumption (A), or has the common cold/flu (B). This is important for two reasons: to determine OSHA recordability and to determine compensability under workers' compensation.

I knew it! D) Featherbedding is the term for this unfair labor practice. Unions can't just demand that employers pay for obsolete jobs. That's like asking for a free ride, am I right?

Hmm, I was torn between B) Coercion and D) Featherbedding, but I think D) is the way to go. Unions can't just make employers keep paying people for no work. That's just plain old featherbedding.

D) Featherbedding seems like the correct answer here. Unions can't force employers to pay for work that's no longer needed due to technological changes. Anything else would be unfair to the employer.

I'm not sure, but I think Collusion is also a type of unfair labor practice.
