ABC Corporation plans to purchase the Genesys Cloud Contact Center solution from Genesys to meet their requirement for unlimited multi-channel interaction routing. Which would be the right license level for them to purchase?
I'd have to agree with Rosendo and Orville. Genesys Cloud 3 is the clear winner here. Although, I hear the 'Collaborate' option comes with a free unicorn to handle all your customer interactions. Just sayin'.
Genesys Cloud 3 is definitely the way to go! Unlimited multi-channel routing is a must-have for a modern contact center. Plus, who doesn't love a little 'cloud' in their life?
Hmm, I'm not too sure about this one. Genesys Cloud 3 does sound like the most comprehensive option, but I'd want to double-check the feature list to be sure it meets all of ABC's needs.
Based on the requirement for unlimited multi-channel interaction routing, I think the right license level would be Genesys Cloud 3. The other options seem to have more limited capabilities.
