Option C - Make automation mandatory? I'd like to see you try that one. The business areas will mutiny and your RPA vision will go up in flames faster than a server running unattended scripts.
A and B for sure. You don't want to step on any toes with a rogue automation brand. And who needs mandatory automation when you can just sweet-talk the business into it, am I right?
Hmm, I'm not sure about option C. Mandatory automation? That sounds a bit heavy-handed. I'd focus on A and B - getting buy-in from the business and making sure your brand aligns with the organization.
I think all of these options are valid. You need to build relationships, have a cohesive brand, and drive adoption across the business. Why not just make it mandatory? That'll get the job done!
A and B are definitely important. You need to work closely with the business and align your efforts with the organization's vision. Forcing automation isn't the way to go though.
