Haha, I love the idea of the Head of RPA fixing a server issue. That's clearly the IT team's job. A and B sound spot on to me - the Head sets the vision and owns the digital workforce.

I agree with Geraldine. B is the key responsibility. The Head should be a strategic leader, not getting bogged down in technical troubleshooting. Although a sense of humor about server outages is always helpful!

Definitely B is correct. The Head of RPA needs to own the digital workforce and ensure the RPA vision is delivered. C and D seem more like responsibilities of the technical team, not the Head.
