This question is really tricky! I'm going to guess C. VDN Return Destination. Seems like it could be related to the local announcement sourcing.

Hmm, I think the answer is D. BSR Local Treatment for IP and ISDN. Conserving bandwidth by sourcing announcements locally sounds like that feature to me.

I'm not sure, but I think C) VDN Return Destination could also be a possible solution. It might redirect calls to the local site for announcements.

I agree with Nieves. Activating BSR Local Treatment for IP and ISDN should allow announcements to be sourced locally.
