I'm with Evangelina on this one. 'Logoff Terminal State'? Sounds more like a horror movie than a contact center feature. A is the way to go, no doubt about it.
Haha, 'Logoff Terminal State'? Really? That's about what happens when an agent logs off, not when a new contact comes in. Clearly, A is the winner here.
Option A seems like the logical choice here. Why else would you have a 'New Contact Presentation' section if not to bring the agent desktop to the front when a new contact arrives?
