The Reference Client is the Swiss Army knife of Avaya Aura Contact Center testing. It can do it all, from CTI to SIP, and probably even juggle phone calls while it's at it.
Hold on, why would I need the Reference Client to make phone calls? That's like using a screwdriver to hammer a nail. It's just not the right tool for the job.
Hmm, I'm not sure about making phone calls. That seems like something a regular user would do, not a testing tool. But transferring calls? Could be useful for simulating real-world scenarios.
The Reference Client is definitely for testing CTI connections. I mean, that's a no-brainer. And SIP connections too? Gotta make sure those are working properly.
