I was torn between B and C, but I'm going with C. Arm exercise just doesn't seem as taxing as leg exercise, so the systolic pressure would be higher.

I think D is the correct answer. Leg exercise requires more muscle mass and should result in greater oxygen consumption at peak work load.

I think the answer is D) At the peak work load, oxygen consumption is greater with leg exercise because legs are larger muscles.
