I personally think it's C) Flex time, phased retirement, and phased return from leave. That's what I've come across in my workplace.

I agree with B) makes more sense because it covers different types of part-time options.

Ugh, why do they have to make these questions so tricky? I feel like they're trying to trip us up, you know? But I agree, B seems like the safest bet here. Can't go wrong with the classics like part-time and phased leave.

Hmm, I was kind of drawn to D, but I think you guys are right. B covers the most common part-time flexibility options I've seen. Shift flexibility is nice, but it's not quite the same as the phased options, you know?

Haha, I'm just hoping they don't ask us to define 'phased retirement' on this exam. That sounds like a total rabbit hole I don't want to go down! But yeah, I'm with you all on B being the best answer here.

You know, I was leaning towards C at first, but now I'm thinking B makes more sense. Phased retirement is a big one these days with the aging workforce. Plus, regular part-time and phased return from leave are super helpful for work-life balance.

I agree, B sounds like the best answer. Telecommuting is becoming more common, but I'd say it's not quite as widespread as those other options yet. Flex time is great, but it's not really a 'part-time' option, is it?

Hmm, this is a tricky one. I'm not entirely sure about the right answer, but I feel like option B might be the most comprehensive. Regular part-time work, phased return from leave, and phased retirement seem like the most common flexibility options I've seen in the workplace.
