You know, this question reminds me of that time I had to deal with a VM that had so many snapshots, it was practically a snapshot inception. Luckily, I had a good backup, but I don't think I want to go through that again.

Hold up, are we sure inflating the base disk is a good idea? That just seems like a band-aid solution to me. I'd rather go for the consolidation option and really clean things up.

Guys, I'm not sure revert to the latest snapshot is the way to go. What if that snapshot is also outdated or has issues? I think we need to be a bit more cautious here.

Hmm, I'm leaning towards option D. Identifying and deleting the largest delta .vmdk file sounds like a quick fix. But I wonder if that's really the best long-term solution.

I think the best option here is to consolidate all the snapshots into the base VM. That should help improve the performance, right? But I'm a bit worried about the potential data loss, you know?

Wow, this question is really tricky! I'm not sure if I can handle all those old snapshots. This is going to be a tough one for sure.
