The Identity Management Service is the way to go. Unless, of course, the users are experiencing difficulties because they forgot their passwords and are trying to log in as Darth Vader. Then the answer might be the Dark Side.

If I had a nickel for every time I had to troubleshoot LDAP issues in a vCenter environment, I'd be a millionaire by now. Definitely the Identity Management Service.

VMware Authentication Framework Daemon? Sounds like something straight out of a sci-fi movie! I'll have to go with the more straightforward option, the Identity Management Service.

I'm not too sure about this one, but the Lookup Service sounds like it could be related to the LDAP integration, so I might go with that.

The Identity Management Service seems like the obvious choice here, as it handles user authentication and authorization for the vCenter instance.
