Hmm, I'm not sure about that. Automatic escalation of unconfirmed custodian notices to a manager seems like a pretty useful feature too. I'll have to think about this one.
I think option B is the correct answer here. Automating the forwarding of custodian emails to an email address is a great advantage of the email digest feature.
