A developer is using UiExplorer to modify selectors. The "Highlight" button is present in UiExplorer. What is its functionality and when does this button appear?
Okay, time to put on my developer hat. I think the correct answer is C - the button highlights the selected element in real time, and the highlight stays on until you turn it off. Gotta love those handy UI exploration tools!
Haha, imagine if the button only worked when the selector was invalid. That would be like a 'highlight the wrong element' feature. But hey, stranger things have happened in software!
The button is used to bring the target element to the foreground, but it's only enabled if the selector is valid. That makes sense, otherwise it wouldn't be very useful.
The 'Highlight' button in UiExplorer is definitely for highlighting the selected element in real time. But I'm not sure if the highlight stays on for 3 seconds or until it's switched off. Guess I'll have to experiment with it.
