I'm going with B. It's the most logical choice, and I don't want to end up creating tasks that are just backups of other tasks. That's just redundant.

Option A seems a bit too specific. I'm not sure why I'd want to create backup tasks for tasks that can already be run manually.

Option B makes the most sense to me. Creating default tasks to eliminate the need to recreate them on each new server is a great time-saver.
