I think Perspective Analysis is a more likely answer. The different colors seem to represent different viewpoints or perspectives on the capabilities.

Hmm, I'm not sure about that. Doesn't Heat Mining involve analyzing the intensity or 'heat' of certain capabilities? The colors could represent that too.

The colored cells in the business capability model definitely look like a Capability Mapping technique to me. I can see the different levels represented by the colors.
