Option C looks like the simplest solution. Just add the FORCE=TRUE flag and voila, problem solved with minimal effort.

I'm not sure, but option B seems like a quick fix with minimal effort. Adding a blank row to the file could work.

I disagree, I believe option D is the way to go as recreating the pipe will ensure that the table can be reloaded without any issues.
