Service Mapping provides visibility to the Operator in Agent Workspace without leaving the Workspace UI. This visibility includes what items associated with the CI? (Choose two.)
C) Incidents and D) Alerts, no doubt. The operator needs to see what's going on with those, pronto. Though I have to wonder, does 'Service Mapping' come with a little GPS for the agent's workspace? Just kidding, but you gotta admit, it's a pretty catchy name.
Problems and incidents, for sure. That's the kind of visibility an operator needs to stay on top of things. Although, I gotta say, 'Service Mapping' sounds like something you'd find in a sci-fi movie, am I right?
Releases, huh? I guess the operator needs to know what's going on with those too. And definitely incidents - can't ignore those. Solid choices, in my opinion.
