Hmm, Resource Group has got to be the answer. Although, I do wish they'd call it the 'Super Awesome Cloud Resource Organizer' instead. Much more fun, don't you think?

D. Resource Group is the way to go. I mean, what else would it be? A storage account? Come on, that's just silly.

I'm pretty sure it's Resource Group. Azure Resource Manager is all about grouping related resources together, so that has to be the right choice here.

Resource Group sounds like the correct answer to me. It makes sense that Azure Resource Manager would use a resource group to organize all the cloud resources needed for a VM deployment.
