I like A, but it might be a bit extreme. The Product Owner needs to balance their time between the Scrum Team and other responsibilities. Maybe they should just be 'always on call' for the team, like a superhero with a Bat-Signal or something.
D is a bit low, in my opinion. 40% seems like the bare minimum, and the Product Owner should be involved more if the stakeholders agree. After all, they're the ones who should be driving the product vision.
C and F are definitely not the right answers. The Product Owner can't just delegate their responsibilities to a Business Analyst, and they shouldn't be 'just enough' to keep the team from complaining. That's not Scrum!
I think B and E are the best answers. The Product Owner needs to be available to the Scrum Team to provide timely answers and ensure the product is valuable. Anything less than that would create waste and reduce the team's productivity.
