The Project Manager, of course. They're the ones who get paid the big bucks to make sure the project is on track. The Developers, Product Owner, and Scrum Master are just there to do the work.

The Scrum Master, obviously. They're like the traffic cop of the whole operation. If the Developers and Product Owner can't figure it out, the Scrum Master will whip them into shape.

The Product Owner, definitely. They're the ones who set the Sprint Goal in the first place. It's their job to make sure we're on track to meet it.

The Developers, of course! They're the ones actually doing the work, so they should be tracking it. The rest of us are just here to watch and make sure they don't mess it up.
