Hmm, this is a tough one. I'm going with B and D, though. Can't have unfinished work in the Increment, and the Product Owner's gotta take the lead on what to do with it. Anything else would just be a recipe for disaster, am I right?

Hmm, I think B and D are the way to go. The incomplete item shouldn't be part of the Increment, and the Product Owner should decide how to handle it. Seems straightforward enough.
