Haha, I bet the Scrum Master is wishing they had a crystal ball right about now. Trying to predict how velocity will change with a new team is like playing a carnival game - you never know which way the ball is going to bounce!

Definitely B! More people usually means more meetings, more bureaucracy, and more overhead. The original team is going to get bogged down trying to manage the new team. Velocity is going to take a hit, no doubt about it.

I'm torn between A and B. On one hand, the extra resources could boost productivity, but on the other, the additional overhead of coordination might drag things down. I'll have to think this through more carefully.

I'm going with C. The original team's velocity should stay the same, as their own processes and capacity won't change just because another team is added. Coordination might be a challenge, but their individual velocity should remain steady.

Hmm, I think the answer is B. Adding a second team will likely increase the overall work being done, but it may also introduce coordination and integration challenges that could slow down the original team's velocity.

I agree with Myra, adding a new team shouldn't affect their velocity.

I disagree, I believe their velocity will stay the same at 18.
