I'd have to agree with Nieves on this one. Agile teams are all about embracing the fail-fast, fail-forward mentality. I'm picturing the team high-fiving each other and saying, 'Well, that was a swing and a miss, but at least we tried!' C is the way to go.

Haha, I bet the team was like, 'Well, that was a total flop, but at least we got a good laugh out of it!' Learning through failure is all part of the Agile journey. I'm going with C, just because I like the idea of a 'safe environment for taking risks without fear of embarrassment or criticism'.

Hmm, I'm not so sure. I think the key here is that the team was excited to hear what was learned, which points more towards mutual trust and a collaborative environment. I'd go with B on this one.
