Hmm, I'd say D is the right answer. Features and Stories are both estimated like User Stories, so they can be properly planned and executed.

Option C is the way to go. Features and Stories are prioritized by the team, not just handed down. That's the key to making them work effectively.

I think option B is the correct answer. Features can be larger than an Iteration, but Stories should be small enough to fit into an Iteration. That's how I've seen it work in my experience.
