Realistic - that makes sense. If the objectives aren't realistic, how are we supposed to actually accomplish them? Gotta keep it grounded in reality, you know?

The 'R' in SMART stands for Realistic, which is crucial for setting achievable PI Objectives. Anything less would be, well, unrealistic.
