I think option A is the correct one, you can control the removal and creation of indexes and constraints in the target table only if you are using a Load style other than Replace.

I'm not so sure about that. I was thinking option C might be correct. Isn't it the case that we can only add, but not remove, indexes and constraints when using the Append to Existing load style?

I agree with Jovita. Option B makes the most sense to me as well. The Table Loader should give us full control over the indexes and constraints.
