As a former customer service rep, I can tell you that the material document and the QM order are the key documents you need. Gotta have that quality control paper trail, am I right?
Quotation? Really? What does that have to do with a customer claim? Unless you're trying to claim the customer was promised something that wasn't delivered, that seems like a stretch.
Delivery and sales order, for sure. You need the delivery details to back up the claim, and the sales order is the foundation of the whole transaction.
The material document and the sales order seem like the obvious choices here. I mean, how else are you going to reference the items and quantities involved in the claim?
