I'm gonna go with B and D. You can use both WBS and networks, but you can't just map a project using one of each, that's like trying to build a house with only half the materials.

Hold up, I'm pretty sure D is one of the correct answers. You can't just use the characteristics of both structures together, that's like mixing oil and water!
I believe B and D are the correct answers. You can represent a project using a WBS and one or more networks, but you cannot use both structures together.
