I'm just glad they didn't call it the 'Add Learning History for Multiple Curse' tool. That would be a whole different kind of certification exam, am I right? Anyway, I'd choose options C, D, and E.

This sounds like a useful tool for keeping track of training records. I bet the developers had to fight off the accountants who wanted to add financial details to it. Option D looks like the winner here.
