D is an interesting choice, but I'm not sure that's the primary reason. Keeping questions in a specific quiz entity is more of an implementation detail.
Option B seems tempting, but I'm not sure that's the best reason. Saving time is nice, but the main goal should be to align the assessment with learning objectives.
I see the point, but personally, I prefer C) To store the question in the Question Library. It helps in organizing and reusing questions for future assessments.
I think B) To save time since quiz questions do NOT need IDs and security domains is also a valid reason. It can streamline the assessment creation process.
I'd go with A and D. Associating questions with objectives and having them reside in a specific quiz entity makes the assessment more targeted and organized.
