Hey, at least we're not dealing with participant records for unicorns or something, right? That would really get the old brain juices flowing!

This is a tricky one, but I'm gonna have to go with D. When someone leaves the organization, that's the perfect opportunity to wrap up their participant record. Simple as that!

Hmm, I'd have to go with A on this one. When a participant changes positions, that's the logical time to update their record. Keeps everything nice and tidy.

That's a good point, Denny. I think setting a termination date when a participant changes positions is also important to keep the records accurate.

But what if a participant changes positions within the organization? Wouldn't that also require setting a termination date?

I agree with Josphine, it makes sense to terminate the record when a participant is no longer with the organization.

I would set a termination date when a participant is leaving an organization.

B, definitely B. If you don't want the commissions to be processed anymore, that's the ticket. Why keep all that data hanging around, right?

I'd say option D is the way to go. When a participant is leaving the organization, that's the perfect time to set a termination date. Gotta keep those records clean, you know?

Option D is definitely the best choice. It keeps everything organized.
