I'm not so sure about that. I think the ideation phase is where a thought leader could be the most helpful, brainstorming and refining our ideas to make them really impactful.
I agree with Cherry. The research phase is where a thought leader could really shine, helping us identify the right problems to solve and the best approaches to take.
