I'm going with Qualification, because that's where we define the criteria for the job. And if the rates depend on the worker, then the qualifications must be the key, am I right?
I dunno, I'm kinda leaning towards Asset Type. I mean, if the workers are, like, the assets, then that would determine the pay rates, right? Just a thought.
Hmm, I'm not so sure. Qualification seems more like the right answer to me. Isn't that where we specify the required skills and certifications for a position?
