B is not correct. The user shouldn't have to switch between languages to see all the information. That would be a poor user experience.

I also think option C is important to consider, as English is usually the default fallback language for non-localized content.

D is the correct answer. Content that is not yet translated should display in the global fallback language, which is typically English.
