I'm with Freeman on this one. D is the clear winner. Forget about those other options, a centralized login is the way to go for cross-domain SSO. It's the 'best practice,' after all.
I'm going with C. A hosted page for the parent site sounds like a good way to manage the third-party cookie issue. Plus, it's probably less work than setting up a whole centralized login.
