Ah, the joys of SAP Convergent Charging. Where the data elements are as complex as the name itself. I wonder if they charge extra for the 'Subscriber Mapping Table' feature?

This is a tough one. I'm going to guess A and C, but I'm probably missing something obvious. Maybe I should have gone with the flow and chosen 'subscriber mapping table' - it has a nice ring to it!
