D) External form. Anything else would be a massive breach of privacy. Unless you want your suppliers to start sending you their firstborn children as well.

An internal questionnaire? Really? That's like asking your employees to share their bank info with the whole office. External form all the way!

Option D is the way to go. I mean, who doesn't love a good ol' fashioned manual data entry party? It's like a surprise birthday bash, but for your KPIs!

I'd go with an external form. That way, the suppliers can fill out their details securely and confidentially.

This is a tricky one, but I think I'll go with D. Manual entry seems like the best way to handle an unmapped KPI.

Hmm, C looks good to me. A message about the score being lower than the target would be helpful feedback.

I'd go with B. Assigning a 0% grade is a clear indication that the KPI is not properly configured.

That's true, but it's always better to have everything mapped correctly from the start to avoid any issues.

I'm not sure, but I think A) Internal questionnaire could also work. It depends on the company's policy.

I agree with Marge. External questionnaire makes sense for collecting bank account details.

But can't the owner of the scorecard just enter the KPI's value manually to avoid any errors?

I agree with Daryl, it will definitely impact the process negatively.

Option D seems the most logical choice. The owner should be able to enter the KPI's value manually if it's not mapped.

That's a good point. It would allow for easy input of the bank account details.
