I'm with Glory and 2 on this one. The mobile publisher (option D) and the desktop/phone options (option C) seem like the best bets. Although, if I was the admin, I'd probably go with the mobile publisher just to show off a bit. 'Look at me, I'm a mobile deployment wizard!'
Ah, the mobile publisher, the Swiss Army knife of Salesforce mobile deployment! If you want to really impress the admin, that's the way to go (option D).
Hmm, I'm not sure about the Salesforce mobile app from the app stores (option B). That might work for some basic functionality, but it might not give the admin as much control over the deployment as the mobile publisher.
I don't think building a custom application on Heroku (option A) is the recommended approach here. That would be more appropriate for a standalone app that doesn't directly integrate with Salesforce.
I agree with Glory, but I think option C might also be a viable approach. Saving the pages with both desktop and phone options applied could work, but it might not be as robust or feature-rich as using the mobile publisher.
This question is a bit tricky, but I think the recommended approach is to use the mobile publisher to create an app (option D). The mobile publisher is specifically designed for deploying Salesforce pages to mobile devices, and it allows for more control and customization than just installing the Salesforce mobile app.
