Oh man, I totally forgot about the Maps Advanced feature. I bet the answer is A and D, but I'm going to have to review the documentation again just to be sure.

I'm not sure, but I think B and C also sound like valid options. Changing the Visit Windows for all accounts and updating the settings from the Route page both seem plausible.

Hmm, I think the correct answers are A and D. Updating the Shared Visit Windows and adjusting the start and end times for each day seem like the obvious ways to do this.
