Wait, we can't use C? But I love adding things to existing queues! Oh well, I guess A and D are the way to go. Gotta keep that support team organized, you know?

Haha, this is an easy one! A and D, for sure. Configuring a flow to assign cases to the queue is a no-brainer, and a dedicated queue for cases is just plain common sense.

Ooh, tricky one! I'd go with B and D. Using assignment rules to set the queue as the case owner, and then creating a new queue for cases, seems like a pretty solid approach.

I'm not sure about adding Cases to the existing queue as available object. Maybe creating a new queue and adding Cases as an available object would be better.

Hmm, I'd say A and D are the way to go. Configuring a flow to assign cases to the queue seems like the logical choice, and creating a new queue specifically for cases makes sense too.

I agree with Kimbery. Using assignment rules to set the queue as the owner of the case would also be helpful.

I think we should configure a flow to assign the cases to the queue.
