Ah, the age-old question of 'Why isn't my Salesforce data populating?' I blame the gremlins. Or maybe just a typo somewhere. A and D are my guesses.

D) In the DataRaptor Extract Action, the Input Parameters Filter Value is misspelled.

I once had an issue like this, and it turned out to be a rogue comma in the OmniScript. Ever since then, I've been checking my commas like a hawk. A and C are my picks.

This is a classic case of 'Garbage In, Garbage Out.' If the Data Raptor Extract isn't right, the OmniScript is going to be a hot mess. I'd say A and D are the way to go.

Definitely, making sure both of those are correct is key to getting the Salesforce data to populate in the OmniScript.

Yeah, and if the Input Parameters Filter Value is misspelled, that's another reason for the issue.

I agree, if the Id Field for Actions is blank, the data won't populate.

I'm not sure about option D. Could misspelling the Input Parameters Filter Value really cause the Salesforce data not to populate?

I'm going with C and D. No active version of the OmniScript? That's a big problem. And a misspelled Input Parameters Filter Value? Rookie mistake, but it'll definitely cause issues.

We should double check those and make sure everything is correct.

I think it's C and D too. No active version of the OmniScript is a major issue.

A and B seem like the most likely culprits here. If the Id Field for Actions is blank, the OmniScript won't have any data to pull. And without an active version of the Data Raptor Extract, there's nothing to populate the script with.
