The answer is definitely B, 5 levels. Anything more and you're just asking for a spaghetti mess of code. Although, I do wonder if the exam writers have ever heard of the concept of 'modular design'.

Hmm, I'm pretty sure it's 5 levels. That's the sweet spot for nesting, right? Not too shallow, not too deep. Just a nice, cozy little nest of OmniScripts.
