Hmm, I think the key here is to find a way to reduce the number of governor-taxing DataRaptor calls. C sounds like the best option to me - consolidating them into a single Integration Procedure.

Ah, the old DataRaptor conundrum. I'd definitely go with B and C - adding a limit filter and combining the DataRaptors into an Integration Procedure. Anything to avoid those pesky governor limits!
