Hold up, a million updates? That's a lot! I'm thinking option C might be the way to go here. Heroku Connect probably can't handle that many changes at once.

I'm leaning towards option B. An update for a million records in Heroku should sync back to Salesforce in about an hour, right? Seems reasonable to me.
